Lauren Hutcheson, trading as Lauren Hutcheson Photography based in Berkshire.

What information I collect

When you get in touch via my website, enquiry form, or social media, I may collect:

  • Your name

  • Email address and/or phone number

  • Details about your enquiry (e.g. event date, business name)

I don't collect any sensitive personal data and I never ask for more than I need.

How I use your information

I use your details to:

  • Respond to your enquiry

  • Deliver the photography service you've booked

  • Send you your images and any relevant follow-up

  • Occasionally follow up if we've spoken about a booking

I won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without your permission.

Who I share it with

I use a small number of trusted third-party tools to run my business:

  • Squarespace - my website and enquiry forms (their privacy policy applies)

  • I don't sell or pass your data to anyone else

How long I keep it

I keep your contact details and booking information for up to two years after our last interaction, in case of any follow-up queries. After that, I delete it.

My website is built on Squarespace, which uses cookies to keep the site functioning and to collect anonymous analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • See the personal data I hold about you

  • Ask me to correct or delete it

  • Withdraw any consent you've given

To make a request, just email me and I'll respond within 30 days.

I may update this occasionally. The date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
